 "Corporations have a duty to their consumers to ensure that their products are safe and that adequate warnings are given," says Ian Maguire. "Our mission is to make those corporations that refuse to abide by their duties accountable for the injuries and damages they cause."
A native of Dublin, Ireland, Ian Maguire spent most of his life in Queens, New York. After graduating from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Ian went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993.
Upon graduating from law school, Ian made his home on the Grand Strand where he has been practicing law for 9 years. Ian is a trial lawyer and practices in the areas of worker’s compensation, personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, boating accidents, and criminal law. Ian also represents death-row inmates in regards to their capital post-conviction relief cases.
Actively involved in the community and public service, Maguire is the past area director for Horry County Special Olympics and has served on that organization's Steering Committe. In addition, he is the past president of the North Myrtle Beach Civians. He is also a graduate of Grand Strand Leadership Class of 2001.
